 We're pleased to offer the following services at East Valley Veterinary Clinic: 

Veterinarians are available by appointment only. While some exceptions can be made for walk-in or urgent care situations, our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, if at all possible please call us in advance so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency. 

We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 6 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet's life. Emergencies can be things such a snail bait poisoning, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency. 

We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Under certain conditions our veterinarians will work to fit in your pet between scheduled appointments. We are a high volume clinic and will do our best to give estimated wait times. Similar to human urgent care, high wait times should be expected. Whenever possible we will facilitate "Drop offs" so that you can return to your daily tasks while knowing your pet is under supervised care at our clinic. 

Our veterinarians at East Valley Veterinary Clinic are equipped to care for the following types of animals:

• Dogs
• Cats

At East Valley Veterinary Clinic we want you to feel comfortable with your experience. We do our best to keep you and your pet together during your visits however certain procedures will require your pet to be away from you. We can perform certain procedures with you present such as vaccines, ear cleanings and other demonstrative tasks. anything that requires immaculate lighting or sterile environments will require us to have your pet away from you in our treatment areas. 

East Valley Veterinary Clinic accepts payment via cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amex or Care Credit. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.

We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
